The voice chat can be accessed on the console. The new update will allow Xbox users to connect to Discord calls from their consoles.

Instead of being a dedicated Discord app for XBOX, voice chats can be transferred between the two consoles. You will have to transfer calls from the mobile app to the console if you want to join the Discord calls. There is a new voice option in the Parties & chat section of the dashboard that will link accounts.

When you join a call on Discord on a mobile or desktop, you will be able to transfer your account to the Xbox. You will be taken to the mobile app where the call will be transferred to the console.

You will be able to see all your Discord friends that are currently in the call, adjust volume, and disengage from the call directly from the dashboard once you're in a Discord call.

It is easier to join a call from the mobile app than it is from the console, but it is still possible. It's better to join a Discord call from the mobile app and have an Xbox headset with a built-in microphone so you can hear game sounds and voice simultaneously.

Over time, the integration may get better. In partnership with our friends over at Xbox, we will be bringing support for Discord Voice chat on the console. We will continue our partnership to create more meaningful experiences for you and your friends. Who knows what will happen?
