The safety left the game on a cart after he was sacked. There is a 0:23
In the second quarter of Monday night's 17-16 victory over the Denver Broncos, the Seattle safety was carted off the field with a serious injury to his left thigh.
Adams was hurt when he hit Russell Wilson in the second quarter and forced a third down. Adams walked off in pain. He was helped onto an injury cart after being examined. Adams appeared to burst out in anger as he was driven into the locker room and did not come back.
I think he got damaged tonight. He was injured. It is a serious injury.
Adams had three tackles and a pass defensed before he got hurt. Josh Jones took his place for the rest of the game. Ryan Neal is a safety choice in Seattle. Neal started four times in 2020 while Adams only started once.

Adams missed nine games over the course of his first two seasons with the Seahawks after he tore his shoulder labrum. He missed some time in training camp this summer after breaking a finger on his left hand.
Seattle's new defense, with its emphasis on split- safety looks, was supposed to put Adams in position for a bounce-back season. He set the NFL's single-season sack record for a defensive back with 9.5 in 2020, but was held without a sack in 12 games last year before his season ended with a shoulder injury.
Adams spoke last week for the first time since his latest finger injury, saying that the new defense puts him in position to make plays.
He said he's back in his element. I think I'm back playing defense.
The New York Jets traded Adams to the Seattle Seahawks in 2020 for two first-round picks. They signed him to a four-year, $70 million extension last summer.
