A 22-year-old man was arrested in Edinburgh, Scotland, on Monday after shouting "Andrew, you're a sick old man" at the late Queen Elizabeth II's funeral procession.
Hollyroodhouse, the British monarchy's official Scottish palace, was the location of the memorial service.
Prince Andrew and the queen's three other children walked behind their mother's coffin as a young man yelled at the procession before being arrested.
Police Scotland told Sky News that the man had been arrested for breaching the peace.
A 74-year-old man was also arrested and charged with breaching the peace on Sunday near Holyroodhouse.
A new policing law that took effect in the U.K. earlier this year allowed law enforcement to put more restrictions on protests, and Hill said on social media that he had been arrested under that law.
