The company is expanding its line of adult electric scooters. A new seated electric scooter is designed to carry cargo or another passenger on the back.

There is a hope that money can be made in the EV SPAC world. It is a risk.

Mullen automotive is another example. The move is intended to strengthen the two EV companies' positions within the fast growing electric sport utility and commercial vehicle markets.

The minimum share price warning was received by the company a day after the announcement. The shares have traded under $1 for 30 days in a row.

Why is this important? The company has about six months to turn things around. For the next 10 business days, the company must close above $1. If the shares don't reach the $1 mark, there are extensions available.

There were other deals that got my attention.

The EV fleet charging and energy management provider Amply Power has been folded into the brand of the energy giant.

The future of flight is the subject of investment by United Airlines. The first delivery of 200 four-seat electric aircraft from Eve Air Mobility is expected to take place in the year 2026. The company said it is investing money in Eve.
