Some might consider it crazy, but a man floating in an Arkansas lake spotted a large shape coming at him in the water.

The spearfishing world record may be a result of Chris Cantrell's catch.

The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission said that some people might be a bit squeamish if they saw a fish swimming under the water.

Canell of Berryville, Arkansas, was able to land the beast using spear fishing tackle.

State officials said it was a paddlefish that weighed 90 pounds. A speargun record for a paddlefish was set in 2019.
