Hillary Clinton talked to Queen Elizabeth II as the funeral processions began.

On CNN's "State of the Union" with Dana Bash on Sunday, Clinton said she and Queen Elizabeth II shared "wry" comments about being women leaders.

I'm not able to say that I talked for a long time. Clinton said on Sunday that there were times when she would have to have her hair done. She always looked perfect. She had a sense of style that stuck with her.

Clinton said that the Queen had a sense of obligation to her people.

Clinton said he saw a more playful and funny side to her. "All of the presidents, all of the prime ministers, everyone that she met, saw that twinkle in her eye, and maybe were lucky enough to exchange pleasantries that went beyond just the official greetings."

Clinton said that way. I was fortunate to see her in different places when I was secretary of state.
