The Swedish House Mafia are collaborating with Ikea on a record player. The all-black device will cost you fifteen grand when it arrives at Ikea.

Ikea's Obegrnsad collection includes an equally-as-modern armchair, desk,LED work lamp, record stand, laptop stand, and shelving units. Ikea first announced the record player in June, marking the furniture maker's second attempt to create and sell a record player. It looks like we have a better chance of getting our hands on the device this time around, since the record player it was working on was never sold.

The sleek Obegränsad record player is powered by USB-C.

Ikea hasn't revealed too many technical details about the record player, other than that it's powered byUSB-C, is compatible with the Eneby speaker, and comes with a replaceable needle and cartridges. We will update this article if we find out when the player will go on sale.
