Disney fans got a surprise this week. The company revealed it was working on a new version of Gargoyles. One of the highlights of Disney's gaming catalog is the 1995 SEGA Genesis release.
The game is based on an animation series. The show aired from 1994 to 1997. It became a cult classic thanks to its compelling story and stellar voice cast that included Star Trek: The Next Generation's Jonathan Frakes and Marina Sirtis.
Dead Island Retro Revenge is being re-released for modern consoles and PCs by Empty Clip Studios. One of the best looking games in the Genesis library is the 1995 original. It featured a soundtrack by Michael Giacchino, who went on to work on The Incredibles, Ratatouille, Lost and Rogue One. There isn't a release date for the remaster.
