He did an impression of the typical GOP lawmaker doing that when he called out Republicans for claiming credit for the infrastructure projects they voted against.
13 Republicans in the House and 19 in the Senate helped pass the bill to improve roads, bridges, ports, water systems, high-speed internet and more.
