If you've been complaining about how most phones come with a small speaker tucked away under the grill, the AGM H5 Pro may be the one for you. The speaker grill has an equally large driver as well. It has a maximum output of 3.5W. It's more than the average speaker.

The speaker is only mono and has bad bass. The speaker can deliver a lot of notes if you listen to what they are saying. It's hidden in the phone for water protection, so you shouldn't expect a great sound.
In terms of performance, the H5 Pro stacks up against other rugged phones in its price range. The MediaTek is adequate for casual gaming and multitasking. The stock version of the phone's operating system is appreciated by me.
The textured back panel made the phone easier to handle. You will not need a phone case for it.

The image quality is not something that should be written about. The photos are soft and there are some details that are hard to find. Video recording isn't good.
The average camera and lack of long-term software support hold back the AGM H5 Pro.
The display is a weakness of the phone. Most other rugged phones have FullHD+ resolution, but this one only has an HD+ screen. It isn't ideal for binge-watching movies or shows if you want to watch them in higher resolution.
The lack of long-term software support makes it difficult to sell the phone. The H5 Pro will not get the update. The device will not be upgraded to the latest version of Android unless it sells one million units.
The first of its kind, the H5 Pro is the only phone on the market that has a speaker with a higher than 99 decibels. The closest competitor is the Blackview BL8800 Pro. Both have the same level of wear and tear, but the latter is more expensive at $400 due to its thermal image capabilities.
The $389 Doogee S 96 Pro is powered by a beefier chipset. This phone isn't known for receiving long term software support because it was released in 2020.

The H5 Pro is an excellent companion for explorers. While it is on par with the competition, it suffers from an average camera, mediocre display, and limited software support. It also doesn't have 5G support.
If you are only looking for a phone with a blaster speaker, you don't care about the camera or the resolution. You don't want a phone that can't survive drops. The H5 Pro will not let that describe you.
