Three FBI agents and a Justice Department official met with Donald Trump and his lawyers at Mar-a-Lago on June 3.

The officials were there to get the remaining classified documents from Trump.

All material that was in Mar-a-Lago at the time had been returned to the US government according to a court filing.

On August 8th, the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago and found 20 boxes of new material, including 11 sets that were marked as classified.

Questions about who she is, how she got the top job with the former president, and what legal trouble she may now face were raised by the discovery.

Bobb didn't reply to the request for an interview.

Early career

Bobb is the youngest of two girls and was born in Michigan. She went to the University of Arizona after moving to Arizona as a teenager.

Bobb was an avid athlete and played for her college soccer team as a goalie.

She was a hard working student who wanted to work as a translator. She doesn't know how many languages she speaks. Insider did not get a response from the University of Arizona.

Bobb was admitted to the California State Bar in 2008 after studying at the California Western School of Law.

She obtained a master's degree in national-security law from Georgetown University and later joined the US Marine Corps as a judge advocate and provided legal advice to military commanders in Afghanistan.

'Mega MAGA'

Bobb ran for Congress as an independent in the 53rd district of California. She finished last among the eight other candidates in the blanket primary with just .

Bobb took government jobs that were crucial to Trump's agenda after her loss. She worked for Customs and Border Patrol as an executive director of policy after becoming an executive secretary at the Department of Homeland Security.

According to USA Today, some DHS officials who worked with Bobb at the time were concerned that she couldn't be trusted with certain types of classified information because of her views.

With Trump still in office, Bobb started working as an anchor for the far-right cable channel One America News Network.

Bobb made no secret of her love for Trump and pushed his baseless claims of election fraud.

Six months after Joe Biden became president, she posted a photo of herself interviewing Trump with the caption "My president."

She used her position at OAN to raise more than $600,000 for the Arizona election audit. After losing the state to Biden, Trump ordered an audit.

Bobby Lewis, a researcher at the Media Matters watchdog, said thatChristina Bobb's singular beat at OAN was fighting so-called election fraud, she just pumped out lies. She is the same person as Trump.

She described her career as a revolving door.

'Doesn't surprise me at all'

Bobb's efforts to contest the election results caught the attention of Trump.

In November 2020, she began volunteering for his legal team.

She said that Trump personally asked her to join the team after she left OAN.

She said that he was aware of a lot of the efforts she was making. There was a good relationship between us.

The fact that Bobb is working for Trump doesn't surprise Pearson Sharp. I would want someone like her to represent me as well.

Possible legal troubles

Bobb is facing legal issues of her own.

The Washington Post reported that Bobb was in the "war room" at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel in DC on the morning of January 6, 2021.

She and five other lawyers were subpoenaed by the House committee investigating the Capitol riot.

Potential legal trouble for Bobb was the result of the subpoena.

The DOJ alleged in a legal filing last month that Bobb and Evan Corcoran lied to prosecutors when they said they had handed over all classified documents.

Experts said the filing could lead to a legal case against Bobb and Corcoran for obstructing the investigation.

Bradley Moss, a lawyer specializing in national security, told Insider that Bobb is a material fact witness in the inquiry into possible obstruction and efforts to conceal the records located at Mar-a-Lago.

There is a chance that the government will try to get her to testify before the grand jury.

Moss said it wasn't advisable for Bobb to go on television and attack the DOJ over the raid.

He said that she should focus on preparing a viable defense to a potential indictment instead of spouting off talking points on Fox News.

She should not be on TV at the moment as she is making things worse.
