  • New details about the Galaxy S23 series has emerged.
  • The phones are expected to sport similar dimensions and display resolutions.
  • Samsung will likely launch the Galaxy S23 series in early 2023.

It's only been seven months since the launch of the S22, which means the phones are still new. We are starting to hear more about what we can expect from the devices.

The phones will be very similar to the S22 devices, according to the leaks. The display sizes of the models will be 6.1-inches, 6.6-inches, and 6.8-inches. The base S23 and S23 Plus will have FHD+ displays, while the larger S23 Ultra will have QHD+ panels.

If that all sounds familiar, it's because those are the same sizes and resolutions of the current models, suggesting that the next flagship series won't be much different from the current models. Many of the best phones this year have the same 6.1-inch display as the base model, so it's the perfect spot for small phones.

The dimensions of the S23 series were posted by Ice universe. The base model will be a hair wider and taller at 146.3mm and 70.8mm, with a difference of just.3mm each.

The S23+ will be smaller by.4mm and narrower by.6mm. The thickness is the same as before.

Adding back the.2mm shrink will make the phone.2mm larger.

We may not see much change in the design of the next flagships from the sound of it. The reduction in battery capacity is one of the drawbacks of the standard model. It is not clear if that will change with the newer model.

It is curious, however, that the S23 Ultra doesn't seem to be any thicker, as the device is rumored to have one of the new 200MP camera sensors, although it could be the smaller ISOCELL HP3 or something completely new.

The standard and Plus models are expected to get some camera improvements. The phones will most likely be powered by the next flagship chip from the company.

We don't know much about the upcoming devices. There will be lots of leaks as we get closer to the launch.
