As the colder weather starts to creep into most parts of the world, Finnish apparel and sneaker brand Karhu is readying a cozy batch of items and accessories to help keep you warm.
Karhu's Fall/Winter 2019 "Legend Logo Collection" is comprised of everyday essentials such as T-shirts, raglan sweatshirts, hoodies and socks (all made in Europe). Each item has then been emblazoned with various Karhu logos and motifs, representing the brand's 100 years of design history. The "Classic Logo" is Karhu's current brand symbol and represents Finland's national animal, the bear. "Team College Logo" was used in the '80s, while "1916 Logo" represents the small workshop located in Helsinki where Karhu crafted its skis. For "Air Cushion Logo," the insignia was developed when the label patented its "Air Cushion" midsole system for its running shoes, while "Fulcrum Logo" represents its sneakers' "Fulcrum" technology. Finally "Helsinki Sport Logo" was used in the early '70s.
