The Queen had four dogs at the time of her death. People are still curious about what will happen to the Queen's pups despite all the tumult and decorum of the monarchy's transfer of power.

The Queen stopped breeding corgis as she does not wish any to survive her in the event of her death, according to a Paragraph from the Independent. The jokes started that the corgis might not survive very long.

Feinberg said that the royal guard solemnly entered the corgi wing of Buckingham palace and cried as they tied the dogs' blindfolds.

The Queen wanted to stop breeding corgis so she wouldn't leave behind any young dogs, according to the Independent.

The animals would go to the Queen's children, most likely Prince Andrew, as he was the one who gifted her the current set after the death of her husband, according to a Newsweek article. Maybe we should let them stop by for a puppy interview if it isn't sorted yet.

The Queen brought her first corgi, Susan, along with her on her honeymoon because she was so devoted to giving her pets the best possible care. Reductress said that she wouldn't want to be buried alive with them.

While we wait for Buckingham Palace to return a request for comment about the plans for rehoming the pets, we can enjoy some dark humor.
