Delivery estimates are starting to slip into October on Apple's online store in the U.S. and select other countries after the company started accepting pre-orders for the four new models of the phone. It depends on configuration ordered.
Customers who were able to work around issues with the online store will be able to have their order delivered on launch day.
The first half of October is when many of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models are expected to be delivered. The availability of the standard iPhones has held up better.
In Canada, almost every configuration of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max is expected to be delivered in October.
If you want one of the new models on launch day, you can arrange in-store pickup at your local Apple Store, but availability varies. Some Apple Stores have limited stock of the new phones for walk in customers on launch day.
The Pro models feature an always-on display with an all-new pill-shaped Dynamic Island cutout.
The starting price for the iPhone 14 is $799 and the starting price for the iPhone 14 Pro is $299.
