MacRumors can confirm that all four of the iPhone 14 models have at least 6 gigabytes of RAM.

There are files in the latest Xcode 14 that show that the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max are all capable of having at least 6 gigabytes of RAM. There is 50% more RAM in the standard models this year compared to last year.

The previous amount of ram.

  • iPhone 13 mini: 4GB
  • iPhone 13: 4GB
  • iPhone 13 Pro: 6GB
  • iPhone 13 Pro Max: 6GB

There is a new amount of ram.

  • iPhone 14: 6GB
  • iPhone 14 Plus: 6GB
  • iPhone 14 Pro: 6GB
  • iPhone 14 Pro Max: 6GB

The Xcode files show the amount of RAM in the previous generations of the phone.

The Xcode files only confirm the amount of RAM in each model, not the speed of it.

The A15 and A16 chips are used in the Pro models, while the A15 and A16 chips are used in the 14 and 14 Plus models.

Pre-order for the four iPhone 14 models will begin at 5 a.m. on September 9. The US has Pacific Time in the U.S. The devices will launch one week later on Friday, September 16, with the exception of the 14 Plus model.
