Buckingham Palace said Thursday that doctors are concerned about the health of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.

Buckingham Palace said that the Queen's doctors were concerned for her health and that she should remain under medical supervision.

The queen remains comfortable at the royal residence in Scotland.

Family members are currently travelling to Balmoral.

Prince William and his wife, Kate, are currently on their way, as are Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla.

The queen, who is the world's longest-serving monarch, has been said to be suffering from a number of health issues.

A planned virtual meeting with senior ministers was canceled after Her Majesty was advised to rest.

The new Prime Minister said her thoughts were with the queen and her family.
