John Fetterman, the Democratic candidate for Senate in Pennsylvania, said he would be willing to debate Mehmet Oz under certain conditions.

Fetterman told Insider that they were going to debate Dr. Oz.

Oz had called for debates. Fetterman was accused of using drugs by Oz at a recent rally.

Fetterman was on the campaign trail when he had a stroke. He said in his statement that he would like to debate in October after the schedule of previous US Senate debates in his state.

Fetterman called for closed caption in the debates to address some of the issues of the stroke. The whole thing has been about Dr. Oz and his team mocking me for having a stroke.

The Democratic candidate said that his hearing is stillimpaired due to the stroke, but that he wanted the debate to be on a major television station.

Brittany Yanick said that John Fetterman's campaign was embarrassing.

Dr. Oz's campaign will not agree to a debate. It has to be a real one with real journalists. I apologize John, imaginary debates don't count.
