Ricky Martin says he's been "persecuted, besieged, harassed, stalking and extorted by a maladjusted person" and he's now suing the guy who made wild accusations against him. The singer filed a lawsuit in San Juan against the man he says is trying to ruin his reputation. Ricky said that Dennis was lying when he claimed that he had a 7-month relationship with Ricky. When the heat was on, the nephew withdrew his restraining order. The nephew isn't stopping according to the new lawsuit. After Dennis withdrew his restraining order, Ricky claims he began to receive threatening messages from him through his social media accounts. Ricky said in the lawsuit that Dennis bragged about being Ricky's nephew. Ricky says his nephew bombarded him with messages for four months. Ricky says the messages were written by a person with a mental illness. Ricky says the nephew posted the singer's phone number on his social media accounts. Ricky was not comfortable with the nephew making an IG account for a child. Ricky wants 20 million dollars to compensate him for his losses because of his nephew's false allegations. Ricky and his family feel unsafe in Puerto Rico because of Dennis. Dennis needs to stop communicating with Ricky and his family.
