According to a lawsuit filed last Tuesday, Haddish and Spears were accused of sexually abusing two children.
The suit was filed without the help of legal counsel by a 22-year-old anonymous Jane Doe who claimed that Haddish and Spears molested her younger brother during a video shot in 2004.
According to the lawsuit, Spears "lusted over the 7-year-old child and molested him through the video." Haddish was present during the filming of the sketch, according to the suit.
Haddish was accused of approaching the girl during a comedy summer camp and encouraging her to mimic sexually suggestive actions on camera. The girl was supposed to go home.
Haddish's lawyer told Insider that the woman had been trying to make false claims against her. Spears won't fall for a shakedown, according to her lawyer.
A representative for Haddish didn't reply to a request from Insider.
