The green screen on a character's fingers made it into the third episode of the "House of the Dragon" spinoff.

King Viserys cut his finger in the series premiere. He had his fingers cut off because the wound wouldn't heal.

In the third episode, the King's two fingers that are supposed to be missing can be seen wrapped in a green screen on his left hand.

Matt Smith plays Daemon, the brother of the King.

The green fingers were not edited out of the scene.

This isn't the first time mistakes have been made in the show.

A modern coffee cup was found resting on a dining table.

"In response to inquiries from those who saw a craft services coffee cup in Sunday night's episode of Game of thrones, the latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake." The woman had ordered tea.

Representatives from the company did not respond to Insider's request for comment.
