According to CNN, there is a video that shows a fake Trumpelector in Georgia letting experts from Donald Trump's campaign into an elections office.
The Coffee County elections supervisor was filmed allowing in at least two men who worked with the data firm Sullivan Stricker and whose visit was coordinated by Latham and Sidney Powell.
According to CNN, the two men in the video that Latham let in, Scott Hall and Paul Maggio, confirmed in court documents that they were able to get at least half a Terabyte of data from the machines.
Latham was one of 16 GOP officials in Georgia who voted for Trump in the state's electoral votes after rejecting the voters' choice for Biden. She was a member of the Coffee County Republican Party.
According to The New York Times, the new video footage shows that the CEO of Cyber Ninjas was one of the consultants let into the Coffee County office.
Latham's actions have become a focus of the investigation into election officials who broke the law. Rudy Giuliani and Lindsey Graham are both involved in the investigation into whether state election laws were broken.
Latham denied in May that she had allowed operatives in and that they had obtained data.
It's bull hockey. Latham said that it would have been all over town. The visits between the data firm and Latham were coordinated.
The Washington Post reported last month that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is looking into how a data firm linked to a former Trump lawyer made copies of voting machine data. It's not clear if the associates who visited the Coffee County office made any copies of data.
Mrs. Latham remembers going to the Elections Office after teaching school on January 7, 2021, to check in on some voter review panels from the runoff election, even though she doesn't remember much about it. According to Cheeley, his client wouldn't have been involved in any impropriety in the election.
Latham did not reply immediately. The Fulton County District Attorney didn't give a comment.
