According to a new report from The Washington Post, highly confidential information about a foreign government's nuclear capabilities were among some of the documents that were seized by the FBI from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.
More than 180 documents were marked classified after Trump's team returned some documents to the National Archives.
More White House files were turned over by the FBI after the raid.
Federal investigators found documents about a foreign government's nuclear defense capabilities during the August 8 search, according to anonymous sources.
The location of the documents and which foreign government they belonged to were not disclosed.
A request for comment was not responded to by a Trump spokesman.
A federal judge in Florida approved Trump's request for a third party to review the files that were taken from Mar-a-Lago.
The agency has its own "filter team" to identify any privileged documents, and the Justice Department argues that having a special master would interfere with its investigation.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence did not respond to a request for comment.
