According to reports, the woman who accused Haddish and Spears of child abuse wants them to be arrested.
Jane Doe wrote a letter to the district attorney on Monday.
Jane said she would give "irrefutable evidence that supports our allegations."
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is being requested to arrest and prosecute Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears, according to reports.
"This matter's breadth and complexity requires your jurisdictional powers and resources to tackle and end the stream of depravity committed by Haddish and Spears," the woman wrote in a letter to the district attorney.
"My brother and I are willing to speak with investigators and prosecutors from your office and give you irrefutable evidence that supports our allegations," the letter continued.
Gascon was asked to immediately arrest and prosecute the comedians.
According to a lawsuit filed last Tuesday, Haddish and Spears were accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl and her brother at the same time.
Jane claimed that Haddish asked her to mimic sexual acts for a sketch on camera, leaving her "nervous and disgusted."
Jane's brother was featured in a video in which he was shown molesting a child andlusting over a 7-year-old child. According to the complaint, Haddish was present when the sketch was made.
The woman talked about how the incident affected their mental health.
"There is very little that I can say right now," Haddish said in a post on Monday.
"But, clearly, while this sketch was intended to be comical, it wasn't funny at all," Haddish said. I'm looking forward to sharing more about this situation as soon as possible.
Haddish's lawyer said in a statement that the woman's mother had been trying to make false claims against her. Spears' lawyer said that his client wouldn't fall for a shakedown.
The Los Angeles District Attorney's office didn't reply immediately.
