Biden says he’s ‘sure’ he will see Xi at the G-20 summit if Chinese president attends

If the other world leader attends the G-20 Summit in November, President Joe Biden would be interested in seeing him.

When asked if he would meet with the Chinese leader, Biden said he would.

This year, the annual gathering of the world's largest economies will be held in Indonesia. The Indonesian president said in an interview that both the Russian and Chinese presidents would attend the conference.

Before the Covid-19 Pandemic, Xi did not leave the country.

During their July 28 phone call, Biden and Xi talked about a meeting at the G-20. According to the Wall Street Journal, Chinese officials were planning a meeting with Biden in November.
