Reliance Industries said it has entered into definitive agreements for acquiring a 79.4 percent stake in SenseHawk Inc, a California-based solar energy management software developer.
The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of 2022.
The filing said that the investment in SenseHawk will be synergistic and create unique solutions with higher value to customers.
Sensehawk helps companies speed up solar power projects.
The turnover for FY22, FY21 and FY20 was over two million dollars.
