The Green Bay Packers left tackle has not played in a game in 20 months because of a torn knee.
He thinks he can start against the Vikings.
He said that he's on the activeroster just like everyone else.
Since training camp ended, he has been doing 11-on-11 drills. He was activated from the physically unable to perform list a few weeks ago after missing most of the summer program.
A three-time Pro Bowl selection and two-time first-team All- Pro, Bakhtiari tore his left knee in December of 2020. He did not finish the game in last year's regular-season finale. He was shut down for the playoffs.
Bakhtiari had his third knee surgery in the last year. He said he was confident he was recovered.
"I can make it through the season," he stated. It will be fine. You have to take care of yourself while you play.

Packers quarterback Rodgers will be happy to have his stalwart left tackle back, as he will be able to protect his blind side.
