Some people are going quicker than others. The first crewed flight of Boeing's Starliner will be delayed until February 23, 2023, as they prepare for their sixth crewed launch.

There have been a number of problems for Starliners. While the capsule was able to dock successfully with the International Space Station, it suffered from problems that resulted in two of its thrusters failing.

The problem appeared to be caused by a drop in pressure that caused two thrusters to stop working. The problem that caused the first Starliner test flight to fail was similar to the one that prevented it from docking.

The spaceship burned more fuel than it was allotted in order to get to the International Space Station. Despite not reaching the station, it was successfully deorbited and returned to the ground. The administrator suggested that astronauts could ride on the next Starliners.

Most of the time, people forget about test flights that go wrong, even though history is full of them. Boeing was forced to lose the race to be the first private provider to launch Americans to the International Space Station due to the first failure.

The company is not giving up. Mark Nappi is the program manager for the Starliner. We will never know what the issue was because the part of the craft that was responsible was thrown away.

It's not something you want to hear if you're one of the astronauts planning on riding this capsule into space The hope was that astronauts would be able to fix the problems on their own if they were on the flight. That is not the kind of safety control that a company should have.

Boeing is certain to succeed in launching its crew capsule into space. The company has deep pockets and is supported by NASA. Will it be a viable part of the business? The newer, seemingly more effective companies that have surpassed it while it fixes its problems may make the Starliner a dead end for a company that has been a mainstay of space exploration for decades.
