John Fetterman, the lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, hit back at Donald Trump and Mehmet Oz after they attacked him at a GOP rally.
Fetterman responded to Trump calling him "spoiled" and baselessly accusing him of using drugs by saying that the two Republicans were spouting lies.
Fetterman said that there were more and more lies from Trump and Dr. Oz in the evening. Trump called me a "raging lunatic" and said he would bring death and destruction to the state. Yeah...
Can you help me defeat these two guys?
Oz narrowly won a May GOP primary over the head of a hedge fund. Fetterman won the Democratic primary by a wide margin.
Fetterman's campaign activities resumed last month after he had a stroke in May.
Fetterman's campaign launched an intense social media strategy that poked at Oz moving from New Jersey to Pennsylvania to run for the Senate seat in order to tag him as an outsider. "Jersey Shore" star Nicole LaValle was brought on byetterman to appear in a campaign message intended to troll Oz over the move.

According to a recent Rolling Stone report, Trump has been frustrated by Oz's polling numbers and has called for changes to his campaign.
In recent weeks, Oz has taken on a sharply aggressive tone as it relates to Fetterman's health, mocking the lieutenant governor after he said he needed more time to commit to a debate.
The campaign said that Doctor Oz would not hurt John's feelings. John Fetterman can say bathroom break at any time.
Fetterman said he would continue to meet with the people of Pennsylvania as he recovered from his stroke. They will always know where I'm at.
According to a recent Franklin & Marshall College poll, Fetterman had the support of 42% of registered voters in the state, while Oz got 30%.
