  • Sona wants to be prepared for the day that O'Brien quits.

  • "Tomorrow it can all go away and I have to make myself mentally okay with that," he said.

Sona Movsesian joked that she needed to prepare herself for the day the host is kidnapped by aliens.

One day, she said, "Conan is going to retire or what if he gets kidnapped by aliens" I need to have a plan in case I go back to obscurity.

"I think it's important for me and my sanity just to say this isn't something I sought out," said Movsesian.

People get to watch and listen to these things and it's fun. It can all go away tomorrow and I have to mentally make myself okay with that.

She believes that she gets away with so much work for O'Brien because she has made herself indispensable.

She wrote a book about napping at work, watched a feature film at her desk without her coworkers knowing, and did as little work as possible.

She said the term "quiet quitting" made her feel good. Despite loving her job, Movsesian doesn't feel compelled to work harder than she needs to.

Many quiet quitters don't have the same love for their employers as she does.

"It's ok to be mediocre and find news ways to do the minimal amount of work possible," says Sona Movsesian in the full episode of the show.
