Gurman: 'Apple Reality Pro' to Be First of Three Apple AR/VR Headset Devices

According to Mark Gurman, Apple is working on at least three augmented-reality and virtual-reality headset devices, the first of which will likely be called "Apple Reality Pro."

Gurman's latest report indicates what Apple's first headset product could be. The "Reality Pro" name is similar to Apple's recently filed trademark. According to a report last week, Apple has trademarked several terms related to its upcoming headset devices.

Apple is planning to announce its first headset in January of next year with features such as two 4K micro-OLED displays, 15 optical modules, two main processors, and eye tracking. The exact price point of the device is not yet known, but some reports say it could cost $3,000.
