During a Saturday rally in Pennsylvania, Donald Trump praised the presidents of Russia and China.

Unlike our leader, the foreign leaders are at the top of their game, according to Trump.

The former president described the two men as smart andfierce before anticipating the reaction from the media.

"A lot of the time, I'll call someone smart, and the 'Fake News' will say, 'he called President Xi smart,'" Trump said.

He said that he thinks he's smart because he rules with an iron fist. Isn't he smart?

Human Rights Watch says that since he became China's leader in 2012 there has been a broad and sustained offensive on human rights.

The UN found that the Chinese government has committed serious human rights violations against the Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities. According to the report, investigators found evidence of torture which could amount to crimes against humanity.

The International Criminal Court is looking into whether Russia committed war crimes during the war in Ukraine.

The persecution of the LGBTQ individuals in Chechnya is one of the things Putin has done.

Putin has been praised by Trump as a smart man. He said "he liked me and I liked him" according to Newsweek.

During his speech in Pennsylvania, Trump referred to Biden as an "enemy of the state" and complained about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
