  • Honor has confirmed the UK availability of the Honor 70.
  • The mid-range phone will be available to purchase in the country on September 2.
  • It will be available in two memory configurations and will start at £480.

The Honor 70 will be arriving in the United Kingdom at a higher price than it was in China.

The new challenger to the best cheap phones will be arriving in the UK for a starting price of £480. For that price, you'll get 8 gigabytes of ram and 128 gigabytes of internal storage. You'll pay $530 if you need more storage space.

The phone went on sale in China in May. The Honor 50 has a dual camera ring on the back if you've owned it before. It's the first phone to have a 54MP camera with Sony's IMX 800 sensor. The main sensor is complemented with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

The "Solo Cut Mode" allows you to record a video in both landscape and portrait orientation at the same time. The second video can show the movement of an object. It has up to 4K resolution and video stabilization.

The Nothing phone only retails at a starting price of £399. Honor's 66W fast charging capability is supported in the UK version of the device.

The phone has a 6.67-inch FullHD+OLED display that is capable of up to 120 Hz refresh rate. There is a cutout at the center of the screen that houses the 32MP selfies.

Honor's MagicUI 6.1 is on top of the operating system. There are four color options for the Honor 70.

The phone will be available from September 2. The Pro and Pro+ versions have not made their global debut.
