According to a report, a Ukrainian woman posing as a member of the Rothschild banking family is under investigation by the federal government.

According to a joint investigation by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project, Ukrainian-born Inna Yashchyshyn used the name Anna de Rothschild and claimed numerous business ventures.

The FBI's Miami office and a Canadian police force are looking into the businessman's dealings. Out-of-hours, the FBI did not reply to Insider's request for confirmation.

The outlets reported that on several occasions in 2021 and 2022. They reported that she was photographed with Trump.

The report comes amid intense scrutiny of Mar-a-Lago's security following the August 8 FBI raid on the resort, which retrieved numerous boxes of classified information that investigators say were mishandled.

According to the affidavit supporting the search warrant, 25 of the 184 recovered documents were marked top secret, 92 were secret, and 67 were confidential.

The former president used to use the resort as a private club and a site for his business.

The former intelligence agent said it was a "nightmarish environment" for classified information.

The environment has been tested and found wanting a number of times.

Trump casually mentioned the news of a North Korean missile test at the dinner table during his meeting with the Japanese Prime Minister.

There are two foreign nationals accused of infiltrating the club under false names. After gaining access to Mar-a-Lago with a thumb drive containing malicious software, Yujing Zhang was sentenced to two years in prison.

The security detail for Trump had to clarify that they had no say in who could visit.

According to the report, it's not clear what Yashchyshyn is being investigated for. She said she was coerced into the scam by a man she was in a relationship with.

Three people told the outlets that the FBI interviewed them about the charity she used to run, which was accused of being a front for organized crime.

The report said that during her visits to the Florida private club, Yashchyshyn showed off her expensive cars and talked about how she was raised.

John LeFevre said that dropping the family name wasn't the only reason. Growing up in Monaco, she talked about vineyards.
