Batman: Caped Crusader was one of the projects that was cut loose due to the recent changes at Warner Bros. Caped Crusader had its plug pulled earlier this week after being announced back in 2021. Production on Caped Crusader was said to continue as the series was being shopped around to other outlets.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Caped Crusader is being looked at by a number of streamers. Are you talking about the mount? What is the name of the animal? The show is said to have a lot of interest, which makes sense since there isn't a current favourite. Everything happening with WB will put eyes on it if you say that you have a new Batman show on your service.
Who will be the streamer? The service has hosted several Batman movies in the past, and it's my money right now. The show is DC-adjacent and they are never hurt for content. You would know if they grabbed Crusader. That is something that they would advertise.
It's the best guess at this point. Word of mouth would be crucial here. That is what has helped The Old Man and The Bear and many other shows thrive. Not to mention, the show would have more room to breathe, as shows on the internet often find themselves having to fight each other for attention, with many winners andlosers. It would be funny to see a DC show on Disney.
