According to sources, Haynes King is the starting quarterback at Texas A&M.
After starting the first two games a year ago, King broke his right tibia in the first quarter against Colorado in Week 2 and missed the rest of the season.
King would be the starting quarterback for Texas A&M.
King had been competing with two other people for the starting position. King passed for over 300 yards in the season opener a year ago. King didn't play in a game in 2020.
King was one of the fastest players on the team and was ranked as the No. 3 dual-threat quarterback prospect in the country.
Texas A&M is ranked 6th in the AP preseason poll.
