The FBI wanted a search warrant for the property. The identities of witnesses, law enforcement personnel, and un charged parties, as well as the sources and methods used in the FBI's investigation, were blacked out in the report.
An FBI agent wrote that there is probable cause to believe that more documents containing classified national defense information or Presidential records are still at Mar-a-Lago. Evidence of obstruction is likely to be found at the premises.
The FBI seized 11 sets of classified documents from Mar-a-Lago, some of which were marked as "top secret" and may have concerns about nuclear weapons. The Espionage Act is one of the laws the Justice Department is looking into.
The former president was accused of declassifying the documents.
It was all declassified." They didn't need to "seize" anything. They could have had it whenever they wanted. There was an additional lock put on it. They were able to have it whenever they wanted for a long time. All they had to do was follow the instructions.
Trump posted a meme of his own on Truth Social. He wrote an angry reply to the affidavit. There was no mention of "Nuclear," a total public relations subterfuge by the FBI and DOJ, or our close working relationship regarding document turnover.
