Grandpa hits daughter’s fiance who had pants down in front of 5-year-old, PA cops say

The grandfather of a 5-year-old girl found his daughter's fiancée with his pants down in front of the child.

According to court documents, the grandpa walked past the bedroom and saw his granddaughter sitting on the lap of the man who was her fiancée. He thought it was weird, but didn't think much about it.

The affidavit says the grandfather thought the bedroom was too quiet and went to look.

He found Cunagin in the corner of the bedroom with his pants down and genitals exposed in front of a young girl. The grandpa called the police after punching Cunagin.

Cunagin was arrested by the police department at the apartment.

According to the criminal complaint, Cunagin told police that he was fighting himself to have sex with the victim.

The victim mentioned that there were previous incidents, but Cunagin denied them.

Cunagin is accused of rape of a child, indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minor and indecent exposure.

When he couldn't post the $150,000 bail, he was sent to the county jail. There is a preliminary hearing for him in September.

There is a small town west of Philadelphia.
