According to Andrew Kirtzman's new book, Rudy Giuliani's third ex-wife said he was always falling shitfaced after he lost the Republican nomination for president.
In his book, "Giuliani: The Rise and Tragic Fall of America's Mayor," Kirtzman quotes Judith Giuliani as saying that Rudy Giuliani was drinking and in therapy after he dropped out of the presidential race.
She said that he couldn't get over it.
Giuliani told The New York Times that he was at Mar-A-Lago for a month after leaving the race.
