Watters talked to Ronald Kessler, a former investigative reporter at The Washington Post and author of several books about intelligence and politics.

Kessler gave a description of the classified documents.

Plans for counter-striking against Russia could be included in the event of a nuclear attack, according to him.

According to Kessler, Russians may have recruited spies to get the documents.

Watters smirked and wasn't having any of it.

You say that they could be there. We don't know if they're there or not.
