Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene ‘swatted’ for second time in two days, police say

The police were called to the home of the Republican congresswoman after a false call.

The two officers showed up to the house after getting a call. According to a report from the Rome Police Department, a male may have shot his family and then himself.

The suspect, who called through an internet chat that appeared to be a suicide crisis line, made up a story about a man coming out as a woman and shooting a family at their home.

According to the police report, the caller warned that they would be waiting for them if they tried to stop him from shooting himself.

The report said that the officers went to the house of the woman and met her at the door. The department said it was a second false report.

The location used in the suicide chat line was not visible to officers due to the person using a virtual private network.

The department is working with the Capitol Police on the case.

She said that she was "swatted" last night.
