Marjorie Taylor Greene says student loan forgiveness is 'completely unfair' despite the fact her company had loans worth $183,504 forgiven

The Biden administration plans to forgive $10,000 of student debt for most borrowers and extend relief to millions of borrowers. The loan forgiveness will be available to US residents who earn less than $125,000.

The plan was unfair to taxpayers who never took out a student loan, according to Taylor.

She said that she opposed the student loan program in the US because it encouraged students to pile up massive debt.

Taylor Green was one of several Republican members of Congress who had private loans forgiven.

The total amount forgiven was $183,504, which was the full amount of the original loan. The data shows that most of the relief was used for payroll.

Insider asked the Small Business Association for comment on the loan. The request was made at work.

According to her website, she and her husband purchased her family's construction business before she was elected.

Representatives for the companies did not respond to Insider's request for comment outside of normal working hours.

He told Newsmax TV that he was looking to bring in blue votes in November and criticized the Biden administration for having a purely political agenda.
