Sean Hannity threatened to file a lawsuit against John Fetterman after he turned down an invitation to appear on his program.

Fetterman is running for a Senate seat in Pennsylvania.

The Fetterman campaign is failing to debate Dr. Oz and refusing my invitation to appear on this program as he and his campaign have been lying about me.

Mediaite reported that on his Monday night show, Hannity put on the screen a letter from Fetterman's campaign accusing him of spreading lies about the Democrat.

Fetterman sent another fundraising text, attacking me, lying about me, and calling me a liar.

That led to an increase in the ante by the host.

He might be hearing from my lawyers very soon. He hopes that his parents have enough money to pay his legal bills.

Fetterman, the son of a wealthy Pennsylvania insurance executive, suffered a stroke in May and was shown an edited video of his speech that was slurred.

The long time host of the prime time show claimed that they don't lie on the show.

Fetterman leads the TV doctor supported by Hannity in every poll, including one taken by Fox News a month ago that shows the Democrat ahead by double digits.

In Republican politics, Hannity has been active for a long time.

CNN reported that he was a special guest at a Trump rally in Missouri. After denying he would be campaigning with the president, he appeared on stage with him. He said the appearance was not planned.

Following the attack on the U.S. Capitol, the 60-year-old pundit told his radio audience that he had reports that groups like Antifa may have been involved.

The Select Committee obtained text messages from a week before the attack on the Capitol. He asked if Trump could make a statement on the day of the attack.

Fetterman hasn't responded to the legal threat or the demands to point out the lies he's told.

That's right, that's right.
