A request for comment was not immediately responded to by representatives for Trump. The FBI wouldn't say anything.
Trump's lawyers filed a request for the DOJ to return some documents they claim are privileged.
Trump insisted that he had the right to keep the documents there and that he declassified them while in office. Former White House officials dismissed the suggestion as false.
