James Corden explains how his Twitter account got hacked

After taking a break from The Late Late Show, James Corden's social media accounts were hacked. He was phished.

In the Tuesday night Late Late Show clip, Corden says that his social media account was hacked over the summer. There's been sensitive information on your account, said the person who sent the message. I hadn't posted in a year, so I thought I should check it out.

He asked if the action was legit and was told to fill out a form. He looked at the form and thought it was the correct one.

The host says that he put his information in and then left. I received a message from someone saying they had frozen my account. You can get your account back for a small amount of money. I told him that he could keep it.
