A former U.S. Navy pilot is calling out Ron DeSantis for his new campaign ad in which he calls himself "Top Gov."
Ken Harbaugh said it wasn't just cringey. "It's a Navy pilot cosplay."
As he talked about taking on the corporate media, he plopped into what appeared to be the pilot's seat of a fighter jet, wearing sunglasses and a jacket.
Harbaugh, a former Navy pilot and host of the "Burn the Boats" show, showed off his jacket in a video posted by a progressive political action committee.
Harbaugh didn't pick this jacket up at Party City. These are actually pilot wings.
Harbaugh pointed out that DeSantis served in the Navy as an attorney.
Harbaugh said there wasn't anything wrong with it. Until you start strutting around the flight line and pretending to be a good person.
He said that.
“This tough guy act is pathetic, especially from someone like Ron DeSantis. This campaign ad from Ron DeSantis is just one more example of a Republican politician appropriating the honor of others because he has none.”
Harbaugh said that the simplest tool known to man was the wedge.
