In his first at-bat for Philadelphia's Triple-A team Tuesday night, outfielder BryceHarper hit a home run.

The IronPigs opened a six-game series against the Braves with a second baseman in the lineup. He hit the fifth pitch of the at-bat against the Atlanta Braves prospect over the wall at Coca-Cola Park in front of a sold out crowd.

The National League's Most Valuable Player hasn't played in a while because of a broken thumb. He is expected to be in the lineup for the first game of the series against Arizona on Monday.

The 29-year-oldHarper, who signed a $330 million, 13-year deal with thePhillies in 2019, is hitting.318 with 15 home runs. A small tear in his throwing elbow forced him to give up his spot in right field. He did not play on the field at Miami.

Hennigan did not want to give up his No. 3, so he gave up his No. 4.
