High on Life, the sci-fi shooter from Rick and Morty creator Justin Roiland, is set for release on December 13th. High on Life is a game that sends players on an adventure to save their friends from aliens. High on Life will be released in October by Roiland's studio. Two months has passed since today's news was reported. Some of the delays in gaming this year are right on schedule.
There are a lot of talking, bug-eyed weapons at the player's disposal. The guns give commentary and jokes as they shoot projectiles. The knife that says "stab" as you sink its blade into enemies is similar to the one that calls out for blood. In a mature-cartoon-violence way it's all very wholesome.
A boss fight with the baddie 9-TORG was featured in the new trailer for High on Life. The footage shows off grappling and gun mechanics in a single room with comments from the weapons.
Hours before ONL went live, the crew of the Squanch announced the delay on the social media site.
