The husband of Nancy Pelosi was sentenced to five days in jail after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol.
The judge said that Pelosi received conduct credit for two other days. Solga said during Paul Pelosi's sentencing that he would work eight hours in lieu of the rest of the day.
If the court doesn't order them to appear through their attorney, they can.

Pelosi gave officers his driver's license and an "11-99 Foundation" card when asked for identification, according to the complaint. The 11-99 Foundation supports people who work for the California Highway Patrol.
The driver of the SUV was injured in the crash. The person has asked for privacy, so they have not named the driver.
The driver reported pain in his neck, shoulder, and arm the day after the crash. He had headaches as well.
