The husband of Nancy Pelosi was sentenced to five days in jail after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol.

The judge said that Pelosi received conduct credit for two other days. Solga said during Paul Pelosi's sentencing that he would work eight hours in lieu of the rest of the day.
