A new version of Ellen's popular mobile game Heads Up!, which will feature 28 new card decks from popular series like Bridgerton and Squid Game, is going to be available on the streaming service today.
If you watch any exclusive content on the regular, you will find a category that takes your fancy. 13 new languages will be available to play in in the new game, which will be available to play on both phones and tablets.
“Doubling our catalog to over 50 games by the end of the year”
The news comes a few weeks after it was revealed that only 1.7 million daily users play the games, meaning around 99% of subscribers haven't explored the gaming category at all. It would appear that the company is trying to improve on those numbers by quickly acquiring new content. By the end of the year, our catalog of games will double to over 50 games, thanks to the addition of our newest game, Heads Up!
It's time to heads up! It is a recognizable face, but might not be a fresh face. The game has been featured on the Ellen show and has been downloaded over 70 million times. It has been ranked as Apple's top paid app in the app store for the past five years in a row, and is currently free to download via the GOOGLE PLAY store.
You can use your mobile device to access the game. A dedicated games row and games tab can be found on both mobile phones.
As we head towards the holiday season with family visits and indoor parties, there could be a boost in player numbers if we have a game like this on the library. The streaming giant has suffered a huge hit to its subscriber numbers this year and is looking to broaden its offerings.
